The mission of the Administrative services department is to provide the residents of the Village with quality public services in an efficient and effective manner that is accomplished by forming cooperative partnerships with public, private and civic organizations. The Administrative Services Department includes the offices of the Village Administrator, Assistant Village Manager, Finance Director, Village Planner, Zoning Inspector, Executive Assistant and the Administrative Assistant.

The Administrative Assistant performs varied administrative tasks. Current responsibilities include utility billing and  serving as the primary point of contact for visitors or telephone callers to the Village Offices.
