The mission of the Administrative services department is to provide the residents of the Village with quality public services in an efficient and effective manner that is accomplished by forming cooperative partnerships with public, private and civic organizations. The Administrative Services Department includes the offices of the village administrator and the administrative assistant.

The Administrative Assistant manages the office of the Village Manager and performs varied administrative tasks. Current responsibilities include updates to the village website, village correspondence, and  as the primary point of contact for visitors or telephone callers to the Village Offices. The Administrative Assistant also serves as the Clerk of Council.
