Big O Refuse has been the contracted trash hauler for the Village of Johnstown residents since April 1, 2010. Big O Refuse supplies each resident with a new refuse toter and recycle bin. Big O Refuse has an office in  Newark, Ohio and they have been servicing the residents of Central Ohio for over 25 years. They serve over 24,000 residential customers and 1,300 commercial accounts in the region.

Residential Billing

Big “O” Refuse bills in advance on a quarterly basis. For your convenience you may use online billing, make credit card payments over the phone or through the mail, or mail a check.

  • Save paper, receive your bill online and pay online with our preferred Online Billing Service.
  • We accept debit cards, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
