Clerk of Council

The Clerk of Council is responsible for maintaining custody of the Village seal, books, records and papers. The Clerk is the official clerk of the Village Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission.
This individual is responsible for preparing agendas and maintaining the minutes from Council meetings and from the Planning and Zoning meetings. The Clerk’s Office also maintains a record of all local laws. The Clerk of Council also serves as the Administrative Assistant.
