Public Notice – Advance Auto Parts Sign Variance

The Village of Johnstown Planning & Zoning Commission will consider a variance request to construct a man door on the rear wall of a building as required in Section 1155.04 and to construct a wall sign greater than the allowed size buy 25 square feet as required in Section 1171.03 of the zoning ordinance at their regular meeting Wednesday, June 6 at 6:30 p.m. at 599 S. Main Street. The property is located at 751 West Coshocton Street (Auditor PIN # 03151650714021003000).
