INITIAL ORGANIZATIONAL AND SPECIAL MEETING

OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF

THE JOHNSTOWN NEW COMMUNITY AUTHORITY

Notice is hereby given that the initial Organizational and Special Meeting of the Board of

Trustees of The Johnstown New Community Authority will be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2024,

commencing at 4:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers, 599 South Main Street, Johnstown, Ohio 43031.

At this meeting the Board of Trustees will:

(i) Choose Board and Authority officers (Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Secretary) for

2024.

(ii) Consider Resolution No. 2024-1 Adopting Board Bylaws.

(iii) Consider Resolution No. 2024-2 Designating Posting Locations for Public Meeting

Notices of the Board.

(iv) Consider Resolution No. 2024-3 Adopting a Public Records Policy for the Board.

(v) Consider Resolution No. 2024-4 Approving and Authorizing the Authority Joining in the

Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions and Agreements for the Authority.

(vi) Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board.

The meeting is open to the public.
