PUBLIC NOTICE OF NOVEMBER 20, 2025
ORGANIZATIONAL AND FISCAL MEETING
OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE JOHNSTOWN NEW COMMUNITY AUTHORITY
Notice is hereby given that an Organizational and Fiscal Meeting of the Board of Trustees of The
Johnstown New Community Authority will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2025, commencing at
4:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers, 599 South Main Street, Johnstown, Ohio 43031.
At this meeting the Board of Trustees will:
(i) Elect Board and Authority officers (Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Secretary) for 2025. (ii)
Consider for adoption Resolution No. 2025-1 determining the Community Development
Charge for 2025 (for receipt for 2026).
(iii) Receive a Planned Development Update.
(iv) Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board. The meeting is open to the
public.
