REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
GENERAL ENGINEERING SERVICES

The City of Johnstown, Ohio is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified professional engineering firms to provide General Engineering Services on an as-needed basis.

Services may include, but are not limited to, municipal engineering advisory services; review of public and private development projects; infrastructure planning and design; construction administration and inspection; and assistance with state and federal funding programs.

This Request for Qualifications is issued in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code and the Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) process. Firms will be evaluated based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to provide municipal engineering services. Compensation will be negotiated with the most qualified firm(s).

Interested firms shall submit one (1) electronic PDF Statement of Qualifications.
