Notice is hereby given that the City of Johnstown Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on an application for Conditional Use in the Village Commercial Zoning  District (Section 1169.03 of the City Codified Ordinances) on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, commencing at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at 599 South Main Street, Johnstown, Ohio 43031. The applicant is requesting to expand the existing nursing and rehabilitation use occurring at 383-439 W. Coshocton Street
