The City of Johnstown Planning & Zoning Commission will hold two public hearings on applications for Conditional Use and Variances in the GCC-2 Zoning District (Section 1157 of the City Codified Ordinances) for 755 W. Coshocton St. Auditor Parcel # 053-174288-00.000 on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at 599 South Main Street, Johnstown, Ohio 43031
The applicant is requesting:
- Conditional Use for Additional auto sales and service use
- Variances to Sections 1157.04(a)(3), 1175.02 and 1157.04(a)(6) of the City Codified Ordinances for parking setback, paving and lot coverage
