NOTICE OF MARCH 12, 2026
ORGANIZATIONAL AND SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE JOHNSTOWN NEW COMMUNITY AUTHORITY

Notice is hereby given that an Organizational and Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Johnstown New Community Authority (“Authority”) will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026, commencing at 4:00 PM, in the Council Chambers at the City of Johnstown Municipal Building, 599 S. Main Street, Johnstown, OH 43031.

The purposes of the meeting are to:

1. Elect Officers of the Board for 2026
2. Consider for adoption Resolution No. 2026-1: Approving and authorizing the Treasurer of the Board to open and maintain deposit accounts for the Authority.
3. Consider for adoption Resolution No. 2026-2: Approving and authorizing the engagement of legal counsel.
4. Consider for adoption Resolution No. 2026-3: Regarding compliance with Section 9.64 of the Ohio Revised Code.
5. Any other business that may properly come before the Board.

This meeting is open to the public.
